摘要：PURPOSE:To realize an easier production, an improvement of the connection, and the like, by forming a metallized layer with a reaction layer consisting of an active metal, and a connection layer consisting of a metallic solder respectively, between a chip consisting of a ceramics to form a chip member and a pedestal consisting of a metal. CONSTITUTION:A locker arm is composed by fixing a chip member 2 which consists of a ceramics at one end of a main body 1 which consists of a metal. In this case, the chip member 2 is formed by connecting a chip 6 which consists of the ceramics and a pedestal 6 which consists of a metal. While the pedestal 6 is formed of a fixer 6a and a projection 6b, a rotation stopper 6c and a neck 6d are furnished to the projection 6b respectively. And between the chip 5 and the pedestal 6, a connection layer 7 which consists of a metallic solder is placed. In this case, since the wetting property of the ceramics chip 5 to the metallic solder is low, a metallized layer with a reaction layer of an active metal is formed at the connection surface of the chip 5.
