开顶箱用还箱须知
一、开顶箱技术参数.
（一）20OT普高：

四、装大型机械时的注意事项
（一）开箱步骤
1、打开箱门，取出钥匙、活动手柄（每台箱内有1个活动手柄，1把钥匙，请检查箱内的设备完整。）去掉铁丝，打开侧锁搭扣，然后用活动手柄套在侧锁手柄上，用力向上搬动即可打开箱体侧壁锁具。按照以上步骤逐个打开所有箱体
侧壁锁具；
2、用钳子将顶板处铅封板上铁丝去掉；
3、将箱顶吊环用钢丝绳穿好，用吊车吊起，即可打开箱顶；只有40普高开顶箱可用16T叉车将箱顶吊起；
4、如无必要，活动门楣不建议打开；
5、开箱完毕，将钥匙和活动手柄放入箱内。
（二）箱顶盖加固要求
装载货物后，应在箱外将顶盖关闭严密并用锁具锁闭。首先，将四周的侧锁闭装置牵拉锁闭到位（挂板与挂钩挂上后用手柄牵拉到位，然后将搭扣关闭，再将搭扣上的锁进行搭扣锁闭），并用8号镀锌铁丝拧固；最后，用8号镀锌铁丝2股拧固顶部四角的顶盖铅封板，
除端部箱门须按通用集装箱要求进行施封外，集装箱两侧搭扣锁闭后每侧施1个封。
回程：
（三）还箱要求
重箱到客户工厂，1、按照开箱要求进行开箱，并采取合理方式拆货，以免造成箱损；
2、拆箱完毕，将箱内杂物清扫干净，以免造成清理费；
3、清理完毕，按照箱顶盖加固要求，在箱外将顶盖关闭严密并将箱体侧壁锁具锁闭；
4、箱体锁闭后，将钥匙和活动手柄放入箱内。
五、装普货时的注意事项
1、在箱外将顶盖关闭严密并用锁具锁闭。首先，将四周的侧锁闭装置牵拉锁闭到位（挂板与挂钩挂上后用手柄牵拉到位，然后将搭扣关闭，再将搭扣上的锁进行搭扣锁闭），并用8号镀锌铁丝拧固；最后，用8号镀锌铁丝2股拧固顶部四角的顶盖铅封板；
2、箱顶、侧壁锁具加固完毕，将钥匙和活动手柄放入箱内。按照普通干货箱的操作流程进行装卸货物。
六、押金或承诺保证金
特种造成箱损后维修待价很高，为了保证开顶箱能满足各客户使用要求，下托书后要缴纳3000元押金，或做出造成箱损后，承担箱损费用的承诺书。
本须知会随着使用过程发生的情况及时更新，定期发送，直到完善。
特别注意：
1、每个箱子内部均有1把钥匙，一把活动手柄，客户在装箱
后务必保证箱内的钥匙及手柄完整，否则我司不能保证货
物安全。如果客户在装箱过程或者是拆箱卸货过程中遇到
异常情况，无法正常拆箱的话，务必及时联系我部，否则
后续产生了由于集装箱锁具被破坏产生的箱损，将由客户
承担。
2、客户务必预备8号镀锌铁丝，并在装完货物后，我司人员
指导下封箱并拍照，（为确保货物安全，监装员也必须预备
镀锌铁丝备用）。
3、关于回程开顶箱用箱海关施封的问题，需要在2个侧壁各
施满铅封，门端需要1个铅封，即20尺一共需要7个铅封
或者5个铅封；40尺一共需要9个铅封。
4、内部尺寸：普高箱装货最高高度为2.2m，超高箱装货最高
高度为2.5m。
5、每次用箱前务必联系箱管部温宝，以确认集装箱箱量。

Four. the notice about loading Large Machinery.
(1)The step of opening the door
1.Open the door and take the keys and movable handle (there are 1
keys and 1 movable handle inside each container).
Remove the lead wire, open the hasp of lock on each side of the
container, set the movable handle on the handle on each side of the
container, you can unlock it with moving up the movable handle with
strength
3.You can tie the rings on top with wire ropes and lift the top of the
containers or you can lift the top with 16T forklift only for 40OT;
4.Unless necessary ,we don’t suggest opening the activities lintel,
5.Please put the keys and the movable handle back the original
location.
(2)The require of strengthening the top of the containers
After loading cargo, operaters should close the top tightly and lock
it. first, pull the side locking device until it is locked in place ( pull in
place with handle after the hook is hanged in the peg board ,the
close the hasp, then lock the hasp),Solidify with No. 8 galvanized
steel wire; at last solidify the seal plate on the corners on the top of
the container.
Except the seal on the door, you should seal one place in the hasp of
lock for each side of the Open top conatiners.
(3)When the loaded container delivered to the customer’s factory, the
following instructions should be proposed.
1.Unlock the container according to the notice, and remove the cargo
with suitable method, to avoid any damages of the container.
2.Please remove the debris and sweep the floor, to avoid dirty and
clean cost.
3.After cleaning, according to the requirements for the top
reinforcement, the top panel should be shut tightly and locked with
side panel lockset.
4.after locking the panels, put the keys and free handle in the
container
FIVE. Attentions for Loading Normal Cargo
1.Close the top panel tightly and lock with lockset. First, pull the side
lock sets and lock them in positions(pull the hanging panel and
hook in position after hooking, then close the buckle and lock the
lock of buckle)，then fasten it with No. 8 galvanized steel wire. Last,
twist the lead seal plates at the top corners with two strands of No.8
galvanized steel wire.
2.After reinforce the top panel and side panel lockset, put the keys
and free handle in the container. And load and upload the cargo
following the operation process of general product container. SIX. Deposit and Commitment Letter
For the expensive cost of special container damages, 500 USD
should be paid in advance after booking, in order to ensure the
open top container meeting the requirement of every costumer. Or,
container damage Commitment Letter should be submitted, in
which the costumer promised to undertake the damage charge if
damages occur.
SPECIAL ATTENTION:
1.There are 2 keys and 1 movable handle in each open-top container.
The customers must ensure the safety of them, or we can’t ensure
the safety of the cargo. If the client has trouble unlocking the
containers, please connect us at once ,or the client must afford the
charge of the damage themselves.
2.The customers must prepare No. 8 galvanized steel wire in advance
and must lock the containers under the instruction of our
supervisors and take photos of the containers loaded after
locked.(in order to ensure the safety, our also need prepare some
wire in case )
