日常工作中，除了解答有关药品方面的问题，药师常常也需要对一些工作程序、药品管理的有关规定向病人解释。
一、取药流程
请出示你的发票。
Please show me your invoice
自从实行医院联网管理后，门诊取药程序就与传统的取药方式有所改变。药师在工作中也会遇到要求病人出示发票，或指导病人取药的对话。
●请到3（4，5）号窗。
Please go to window/desk three（four, five ）.
或者告诉病人到对面坐，等屏幕显示其姓名才来取药：
●请先到对面坐着，看到屏幕显示你的名字再过来取药。
Please sit in the chairs on the opposite side，and come here to get your drugs when your name is sho
wn on the screen.
●我们正在为你调配药品，请稍等。
Please wait for a moment.We are filling prescription for you now.
或We are getting medicine for you, please wait a moment.
有些医院把药品信息用中文打印在药袋上，药师可以在药袋上写上英文的用法、用量，而且药袋的背面留有，方便病人向药师咨询。
●药品的用法、用量都写在药袋上了。如果你还有不明白的地方，可以打电话来药房咨询电
话号码。
The usage and dosage of the medicines have been written in the front of the pockets. If you have any questions, please let us know. The telephone number is printed on the back of the pockets.
●请把你的处方递给我。
Hand me the prescription, please.
●不用先交处方，取药的时候才给处方。
Don’t give me your prescription until you come here to get your drugs.
●请去交费再来取药。
Please go  (to)  make the payment and get the medicines.
●根据每个药袋上面书写的用法服用。
Follow the instructions written on the pocket when taking the medicine.
●给你，我会解释该怎么用药。
Here you go. I’ll explain what you have to do.
●这是你的药，请按说明服药。
Here’s your medicine. Please take the medicine according to the instructions.
●请核对你的名字、药品及药品数量。
Please check your name, medicine name and its quantity.
●这张处方请到5楼中药房取药。
Please go to the fifth floor and get you medicine from the Chinese traditional pharmacy.
●处方上已有价钱，不用定价，请直接到收费处交费。
The price is already on the prescription. Go straight to the cashier’s desk to pay for it.
●请稍等，你前面还有几位病人。
Please wait a moment. There are a few patients ahead of you.
●请稍候，我会给你优先配药。
Please wait a moment. I will give your prescription priority.
二、差错修改
（一）缺药修改
没有这种药，请叫医生改用其他药。
This medicine is unavailable, please ask the doctor to change to others.
工作中常会遇到缺药的情况，上述句子可以很好地向病人解释，更通俗的说法有： ●很抱歉我们现在没有这种药，请您到医生那里换另一种药，好吗？
I’m sorry but we don’t have this medicine right now. Would you please ask the doctor to change it?
有时药品刚用完，要从其他药房或药库送来，这时，要给病人一个满意的解释可以这样说：
●这个药现在不够，正从其它地方调过来。
The drug is running out, and we’ll take some from other places.
●对不起，这个药品刚用完了，15分钟后有药。
I am sorry, these pills just ran out, wait for fifteen minutes, and we’ll have more.
(二)价格修改
请到收费处退钱。
Please go to the cashier’s desk to get your refund.
工作中难免出现差错，当价格有误，多收费或少收费都必须处理，详细的说法有：
●这张处方多收费了，请到1号窗那里办理退款手续。
I’m sorry we overcharged you. Please go to window one to process your refund.
●对不起，价钱定错了，请到收费处补交钱。
Sorry, this price is wrong, please go to the cashier’s desk to correct the problem.
遇到病人没有交费，也要提醒他们一个，因为在某些国家是先取药后交费：
●您还没交费，请先到收费处交费。
You haven’t paid the bill yet. Please go to the cashier’s to pay the bill.
（三）医生差错修改
●处方医生忘记签名，请回去让医生答名，好吗？
The doctor forgot to sign on the prescription, please go back to the doctor and get it, ok?
医生出错的情况常为药名书写不清楚、剂量不对、忘记签名等，为了给病人解释清楚，平时可以多学习以下的句子：
●这种药的剂量写错了，请到医生处修改。
The dosage of this medicine has some mistake, please go to the doctor and ask him to correct it.
●这张处方有个地方医生没有写清楚，麻烦你回去问问医生。
There is something unclear in the prescription, please go back to ask your doctor.
●以前用过这个药吗？用法是怎样？我们不建议按这个量使用，你最好医生再询问一下。
Have you ever taken this medicine before? How did you use it? We don’t suggest you to take it at this dosage. You had better asking the doctor about it.
●处方上这种药的数量可能是医生开少（多）了，请你到医生那里问清楚吧。
The prescribed quantity of the medicine is less / more than normal, your doctor may have made
a mistake, so please turn back to your doctor and ask about it.
●这种用法很少出现，请你到医生那里问清楚具体的用法。
We seldom use the medicine like this way. I recommend you to clarify it with the doctor.
(四)违反药政法规的差错修改
药品发出后不得退换，您真的需要那么多吗？
Once I give you the medicine, you can’t return it or exchange for another one. Are you sure you need this much?
门诊处方一般只开7天药量，而且药品一经发出不得退换。处方上开出的药品数量太大时，除了上述的句子，还可以用以下的句子提醒病人：
●这药开太多了，如果确实需要，请医生在这里再签一次名。
I think that this medicine is prescribed too much. Please ask the doctor to sign here if necessary.
工作中会遇到医生用普通处方开麻醉药品或一类精神药品的情况，或者是药品数量超出规定，这时可
以这样表达：
●这种药应该用麻醉处方开，其它药用普通处方开。
This medicine requires a prescription specifically for analgesics.Other medicine requires only regular prescription.
register for●这种药是精神药品，每张处方只能开7天量。
This is an antipsychotic drug, no more than a seven-day dose is allowed in one prescription. 三、购药
必须凭医生处方才能取药。
You must have a doctor’s prescription to get medicine.
●这是处方药。
This is a prescription medicine.
●这是非处方药。
This is an over-the –counter medicine.
或This is a non-prescription medicine.
在医院购药，不管是处方药还是非处方药，都必须凭医生的处方取药。你可以建议病人先挂号，再到医生那里开药：
●先挂号，然后医生开这药，最后到药房取药。
Register first, and then have a doctor’s prescription to get medicine.
●你可以挂简易门诊号。
You can register as a simple outpatient.
遇到普通门诊下班的时候可以告诉病人到急诊医生处开药：
●现在只有急诊医生上班，你可挂个急诊号，请医生帮你开药。
Only the emergency doctors are on service right now, you can register for the emergency department and ask the doctor to prescribe medicine for you.
你还可以告诉病人医院正常上班时间：
●医生正常上班时间是早上8:00～12:00，下午2:30～5:30，其它时间只有急诊医生上班。
The doctor’s regular working hours are 8: to 12: and 2: to 5:
During the other hours, only doctors from the emergency department are at work.
●药房是24小时服务的。
The pharmacy is open twenty-four hours a day.
四、到其他部门处理
请到隔壁收费处交钱。
Please go to the cashier next door to pay the bill.
药师在日常工作中也要指导病人在医院的其他部门就医，可用以下的句子给病人提示：●请到咨询台咨询
Please go to the information table for help。
●请到急诊室咨询。
Please go to the emergency room to see the doctor.
●请先到挂号处挂号。
Please make a registration first.
●请到放射科定价。
Please set the price at the Radioactivity department.
●请到急诊室打针。
Please go to emergency room for your injections.
●请坐电梯到3楼打针。
Please take the elevator / lift to the third floor for your injections.
●这张单子是单，请你回到就诊的科室，并交给护士。
This is your treatment recipe,please go back to the department, and hand it to the nurse.
●请到3楼中心护士。
Please go ask the nurse at the Out-Patient Care Center. It is on the third floor.
●请到检验科做检查。
Please go for check-up at the department of central laboratory.
●请到急诊室打针。
Please go for injection at the emergency room.
●请把这张单交到医生那里，并带这支针到就诊的科室交给护士打针。
Please hand this recipe to the doctor and bring this injection to the nurse for injecting.
●带上这些针剂到儿科注射室喷喉。
Please take these injections to the pediatric injection department for a spray.
●你可以到急诊护士那里买弹力绷带。
