BASIC FUNTION职责概述
● In charge of the daily repair and maintenance of all wooden furniture painting, wall paper and ceilings
负责所有木制家具油漆，壁纸和天花的维修与保养
DUITES & RESPONSIBITIES工作职责
● All wooden furniture painting, wall paper and ceiling has always to be in prefect condition
确保所有的木家具与壁纸处于良好状态
● To record daily consumption of materials, to account the daily or job order
记录日常材料的消耗，报告日常请修任务
● Execute all maintenance programs
执行所有的维护程序
● All kinds of necessary repair of all furniture painting, wall paper and ceilings
各种家具油漆，壁纸和天花的必要的维修
● Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors.
完成上级布置的其它工作。
JOB PROFILE & QUALICATIONS要求/资历
1. Graduated from technical school or equivalent degree.
中等专业技术学校毕业或同等学历。
2. 3 years painter job experience.
3年装修工工作经验。
ADDITIONAL CONDITION其他
1. Good communication skills.
