1.CAE主流软件
目前有限元软件市场可分为线性与非线性软件,比如以下的常见软件:
MSC:Nastran 和 MARC
Ansys
Abaqus
Nei Nastran‐Nx Nastran
LS Dyna
Cosmos
ALGOR
Radioss
Pamcrash
在处理线性问题的软件中大致可以分为高端与低端软件包,可以认为是高端软件的为:SAMCEF,ANSYS,Nastran,他们对非线性的处理能力几乎相当,但GUI方面有很大不同。
较为低端的 Cosmos,ALGOR,Catia GPS,他们可以处理的模型有限,所得到的结果也不丰富,大多用于对运算结果要求不高的场合。
处理非线性问题软件中大致可以分为隐式与显式非线性处理方法。使用隐式非线性求解方案时,Abaqus和MSC Marc更擅长于纯结构分析,Samcef Mecano更适用于柔性动态特性分析,另外也特别能够处理较慢的动态求解,比如仿真时间大于10s的模型。显示非线性处理方案适用于较快的动态分析,比如冲击,爆裂等。由于比较小的仿真步长(1e‐6s),整个仿真时间会比较受限制。
MSC的处理方案特点(引用):

6.MSC was bought by equity firm Symphony in 2009 and relaunched a lot of products developments since then (MD Patran, Adams 2010…)

4.Focus on multiphysics, especially FSI. Own a couple of CFD codes (Fluent, CFX)

6.Have a FMBD solution but don’t advertise it (yet) too much

Ansys workbench:多物理场,包含了流程图和有限元分析图形界面模型管理Hypermesh:网格划分的通用有限元软件
Samcef Mecano Flexdyn :
多体动力学处理方法:包含三步,多体动力学模型计算得到运动副上的动态载荷,将动态载荷转化为等效静态载荷,将静态载荷应用到线性静态有限元模型。
有限元分析方法包含有限元模型的动态连接来一次性计算模型所有包含信息,Ansys和Abaqus都在尝试做到这一点,但实际在这一块上还没有得到显著提升。
多体动力学模型主要包含了刚体部件(质量和惯性信息,等效刚度),通过有限个数的超单元实现柔性,不考虑接触及非线性处理;
有限元分析系统模型的每个部件都包含真实的有限元模型,或者非线性超单元模型,而且超单元部件能够在有限元环境下产生,不需要手动。
Samcef Mecano特点:精确的求解结果,统一完整的模型处理环境,能够提供多领域的解决方案(风力发电,汽车工业,航空工业,机器人)。
