Here's an essay about reasons for dissatisfaction with quality of life and solutions, written in English from a primary school student's perspective, around 2000 words long:
Why I'm Not Happy With My Life and How I Can Fix It
Hi there! My name is Jamie and I'm 10 years old. I love playing video games, reading comic books, and hanging out with my friends. But lately, I've been feeling kind of down about my life. I'm just not as happy as I used to be. Let me tell you why.
First of all, I don't get enough sleep. My mom makes me go to bed at 9 PM, but I always stay up way later than that playing games or watching videos on my tablet. Then I wake up feeling really tired in the morning, and it's hard to pay attention in class. I get cranky and don't
have energy to play outside with my friends. Lack of sleep is definitely making me feel grumpy and unhappy.
Another reason I'm not happy is that I eat too much junk food. I love candy, chips, soda, and fast food, but I know it's not good for me. My parents try to get me to eat healthy meals, but I always find a way to sneak in some sweets or fried food. Then I feel sluggish and my stomach hurts. Eating all that junk makes me feel gross and unhappy.
The third reason I'm unhappy is that I spend way too much time watching TV, playing video games, and being on my phone or tablet. I could be outside playing sports, riding my bike, or just running around. But instead, I'm usually just sitting on the couch or lying in bed staring at a screen. My eyes get tired, my body gets lazy, and I start to feel bad about myself for being so inactive. Too much screen time is not good for my health or my happiness.
So those are the three main reasons why I'm not happy with my life right now: not enough sleep, too much junk food, and too much screen time. But don't worry, I have a pla
n to fix all of that and become a happier, healthier kid! Here's what I'm going to do:
Establish a better sleep schedule. From now on, I'm going to stop using my electronics at least an hour before bedtime. I'll spend that hour reading books, taking a bath, or just relaxing without any bright screens. Then I'll get into bed at 8:30 PM so I can get a full night's sleep and wake up feeling refreshed.
Cut way back on junk food. I'm going to start packing a healthy lunch for school with things like a sandwich, fruit, veggies, and a granola bar. After school, I'll have a healthy snack like yogurt or nuts before I have a nutritious dinner with my family. Junk food will only be for very special treats, not an everyday thing.
Set screen time limits. I've decided I'm only allowed 1 hour per day for TV, video games, and using devices like phones or tablets. The rest of my free time will be spent playing outside, doing crafts and projects, reading, or hanging out with friends in person. Getting off those screens will help my body and brain!

I know making these changes to my daily habits won't be easy at first. It's going to take a lot of hard work and self-control. But I'm determined to do it so I can start feeling happier, healthier, and more energetic. With the proper amount of sleep, healthy eating, and limiting my screen time, I'm confident my quality of life will improve a lot. I'll stop feeling so grumpy and blah, and get back to being my happy, goofy, energetic self again! Wish me luck on my journey to a better lifestyle. I've got this!

Why I'm Not Happy with My Life and What I Can Do About It
Hi there! My name is Jamie and I'm 10 years old. I love playing video games, hanging out with my friends, and eating pizza. But lately, I've been feeling kind of down and unhappy with my life. I know I'm just a kid, but my quality of life hasn't been that great. Let me tell you why.
First of all, I spend way too much time sitting around. Between school, homework, video
games, and watching TV shows, I'm barely moving at all! My parents are always nagging me to go outside and play, but I just want to veg out. I know it's not good for me though. Staying inactive
