event是什么词性
  这⼀对形容词都有“的”、“知名的”含义，但词义有细微的差异，故使⽤场合有所不同。
  ★Notable的意思是“显著的”或“值得注意的”（remarkable or deserving notice）。经常与它搭配使⽤的词有speaker、event、artist、performance、painter、law、affair、man、woman等。⽤作名词时，意为“名⼠”、“名物”。其同义形容词是conspicuous、striking或eminent、renowned；其同义名词为celebrity.例：
  There is a notable（conspicuous）scar on his upper lip．
  他的上唇有⼀个很显眼的伤疤。
  Mr．Song is a notable（＝an eminent person）．
  宋先⽣是个知名⼈⼠。
  ★Noted是个中性词，既可⽤于好的意味指的（renowned），如：noted musician、noted doctor、noted actor、noted statesman；也可⽤于坏的意味指恶名昭著的（notorious），如：noted tyrant、noted bandit.从下列⼀个例句中，便可看出它所指的不⼀定是好⼈好事：
  Charles James Fox，the noted statesman，was a notorious gambler．
  查尔斯·J·福克斯，⼀个知名的政治家，却是个声名狼藉的赌徒。
