小型液态版制版工艺流程
1.印刷准备：将印刷版铺设在印刷机上。
Printing preparation: Lay the printing plate on the printing machine.
2.印刷版涂覆：使用涂覆机将印刷版涂覆一层感光液。
Plate coating: Use a coating machine to apply a layer of photosensitive liquid to the printing plate.
3.干燥：将涂覆的印刷版放置在干燥室中，等待液体干燥。
Drying: Place the coated printing plate in a drying room and wait for the liquid to dry.
4.曝光：将干燥的印刷版放置在曝光机上，进行曝光处理。
Exposure: Place the dried printing plate on an exposure machine for exposure treatment.
5.显影：将曝光后的印刷版放置在显影机中，去除未曝光的部分。
Developing: Place the exposed printing plate in a developer to remove the unexposed parts.
6.水洗：将显影后的印刷版进行水洗，去除残留的显影液。
xposedWater washing: Rinse the developed printing plate with water to remove residual developer.
7.干燥：将水洗后的印刷版再次放置在干燥室中，等待干燥。
Drying: Place the washed printing plate in a drying room again and wait for it to dry.
8.烘烤：将干燥后的印刷版放入烘烤机中，进行烘烤处理。
Baking: Place the dried printing plate in a baking machine for baking treatment.
9.检验：对制版完成的印刷版进行质量检验。

10.包装：对合格的印刷版进行包装，准备出厂。
