摘要：A door window regulator (12) for vertically moving a door window glass (14) of a vehicle includes a guide member (16; 18) which guides the vertical movement of the door window glass (14). A wire (22) is stretched between pulleys (28, 42; 50, 52) respectively provided at the upper and lower portions of the guide member (16; 18) and is connected to the lower portion of the window glass (14), whereby the window glass is vertically moved by the driving force transmitted from a driving unit (20). The axis of either one of the pulleys extends in the direction substantially orthogonal to the plane which includes the portion of the wire which extends from that pulley to the driving unit (20) and is directed toward the inside of the com- partment of the vehicle, whereby the condition in which the wire is passed over the pulley is maintained in an appropriate state at all times.
