1. 
Check the balance for visual clean, without sundries. Connect Analytical Balance to the power; turn it on, warm-up for about 30 minutes.
目视检查天平表面清洗，无杂物。接通电源，打开天平开关，预热约30分钟。

Unload the weighting pan and press “on” key.
空载秤盘，点击“On”键。

The analyst who uses the balance first in the day should calibrate it according to <Regulation for Analytical Balance Daily Calibration> (Attachment B).
每天第一个操作天平的人参照《分析天平校准规则》（附件B）对天平进行校准。

Before use, check the balance according to <Regulation for Analytical Balance Daily Check> (Attachment C)。
每次使用前，按照《分析天平日常核查规则》（附件C）对天平进行核查。

Place weighing sample on the weighing pan, wait until the stability detector“o”disappears. Record the result and fill in attachment A <Logbook of Use for Analytical Balance> (Attachment A).
样品称量：将样品放在秤盘正中，等待稳定状态探测符“。”消失，读取称量结果，填写《分析天平使用记录》（附件A）。
6. 
When not in use, keep pressing the “Off” key until “Off” appears in the display, and the balance turns off.
天平不使用时，按住“Off”键不放直到显示屏上出现“Off”字样，再松开键，天平即关闭。
7. 
Send <Logbook of Use for Analytical Balance> to QA for review every month and then archive it in AC.
每月将《分析天平的使用记录》送交QA复核，复核后在AC归档保存。
Note: How long should this records be reserved depends on clients’ requirement. If the client did not require it, keep them for 5 years and inform the client before destroying the records./保存时间以客户要求为主，如客户无要求，则保存5年，销毁前通知客户。
8. 
Periodic calibration for analytical balance should be performed every 6 months according to <Periodic Calibration Regulation for Analytical Balance> (Attachment D).
参照《分析天平周期性校正规则》（附件D）对分析天平每半年进行一次周期性校正。

Regulation for Analytical Balance Daily Calibration
分析天平的每日校准规则
1. The balance must be turned on for 30 minutes before verification. Prepare required calibration weight ready.校准前30分钟开机以达到工作温度。准备好校准用砝码。
2. weight和weight的区别Unload weighing pan. Keep Pressing <CAL> button until “CAL” appears in the display. Release key. The required calibration weight value flashes in the display./ 让秤盘空载，按住<CAL>直到出现该字样后松开，所需的校正砝码值会在显示屏上闪烁。
3. Place the required calibration weight in the center of pan .The balance adjusts itself automatically. When “0.0000g” flashes , remove the adjustment weight./ 放上所需校正砝码在秤盘的中心位置，天平自动的进行校正。当“0.0000g”闪烁时移去砝码。
4. The calibration is finished and pass when “CAL done” appears briefly in the display, followed by “0.0000g”,the balance is back to weighing mode, calibration done./ 当在显示屏上短时间出现“CAL done”，紧接着出现“0.0000g”时，校准结束并通过，天平回到称量方式，校准完毕。
5. Fill in the daily calibration record in <Log book of use for analytical balance >，you must fill in date ,time，operator and fill “calibration pass or fail” in the note column， cross out the other columns.于《分析天平的使用记录》里填写校准记录，写上日期，姓名，于备注一栏里填写pass or fail，划掉其他栏。
The periodic calibration does every 6 months. Please refer to attachment C, record <Periodic Calibration Table> and update the label. if pass / 周期性的校正每6个月进行一次(参见附件C)。填写周期性校正记录，周期校正通过更换校正标签。
6 If calibration fail, perform recalibration; if recalibration still cannot pass, then stop using, put up ‘Stop Using’ mark and contact the manufacturer immediately.校准不合格的仪器，则进行再校准;如果再校准仍不能通过，停止使用，并加帖“停止使用”标记，由仪器负责人联系仪器厂家进行维修。

Regulation for Analytical Balance Daily Check
分析天平的核查规则
1. Unload the weighing pan. Press ‘ON’ to clear the screen to‘0.0000’./ 让秤盘空载，按“ON”键，清空显示屏至‘0.0000’。
2. Place appropriate weight closest to weight of materials normally weighed in the center of pan. Record the theoretical amount and Actual amount of weight in <Log book of use for analytical instrument> after stable. Remove the weight and weigh the sample if the error is not out of the acceptance limit criteria. If the testing result is out the acceptance limit criteria, calibrate the Analytical Instrument according to attachment B. Recheck it again after calibration. /将合适的砝码放在称量盘的中间, 读数稳定后于《分析天平的使用记录》上
记录读数。如果结果符合误差限度要求，可以称量样品。如果结果超出限度要求，按照附件B对天平进行校正，校正合格后重新对天平进行核查。
3. If recheck cannot pass, stop using, put up ‘Stop Using’ mark and contact the manufacturer immediately.如果再次核查仍不能通过，停止使用，并加帖“停止使用”标记，由仪器负责人联系仪器厂家进行维修。
