JOB SUMMARY 工作摘要
-          Fulfill customer’s order
-          组织各类资源,有效满足销售订单
-          Formulate and control sales operation document, policy, flow chart and report ,  build up an efficient sales operation system
-          建立、执行、监控、评估、完善销售日常运作支持体系,制作、管理、推进销售运作相关文件、
-          制度、流程、报表等,确保系统高效和规范运转
-          Implement the supply system
-          落实达成销售目标的供应保障
-          Design sales budget and profit forecast
-          销售预算、销售指标分解及利润预测制定

1.销售后勤保障
-          Base on marketing aim sales strategy and sales tactics, coordinate with Sales Director and implement the supply system.
-          根据确定的营销目标、销售策略及销售战术,配合销售总监,进行以完成销售目标为中心的后勤保障工作。
-          Build up integrate plan, coordinate and state material.
计划、协调、统计和管理相关资料,确保资料准确、完整、便于查询和使用。

2.满足销售订单
-          Examine, verify and fulfill orders
-          审核并落实产品报价、销售订单和销售合同的执行
-          Keep good communication between Logistics and other departments Full fill customer’s order by guarantee the high level on harmony, accuracy, efficiency and cooperation between sales forecast, Logistics production plan, inventory management, order approve, goods delivery and information feedback.

3.销售需求统计
-          Collect and analyze branch companies’ requirement.

4.销售预测及跟进物流计划和库存管理

position职位          Based on Panel sales target and branch sales forecast to set yearly quarterly and monthly product sales plan and implement to the branch companies and logistics. Make the whole product, logistic plan become operated and credibility.
-          依据销售指标和策略及各分公司销售预算和预测,编制相应的产品销售执行计划并落实到各分公司和物流部门,确保计划成为一个具备操作性和可靠性的方案。
-          The accuracy check for sales plan implementation and daily operations maintenance
-          审核滚动销售预测,核查、分析、汇报、改善实际与预测数据差异情况、销售计划执行的正确程度及日常运作的维护
-          Develop monthly purchase and delivery plan from logistics based on sales plan and urge logistics to adjust based on actual situation
-          依据销售目标编制并提交订单计划和发货需求计划至物流部门,并根据实际完成情况跟进和协助物流部门进行计划调整,核查、分析、汇报、改善实际与计划数据差异情况
-          Storage checks and dispatch in factory, plants and distribution system
-          工厂、分公司、经销系统库存情况的核查,并确保相关部门调度及时
-          Give analysis report base on the plan focus on sales target.

销售沟通销售计划及销售市场情况,并及时跟踪财务暂停的单子过信用。
订单中心沟通销售订单及放货情况,并及时跟踪客户急单。
财务沟通客户返利及制定客户返点政策的签批,有时还沟通价格申请文件。
法务沟通销售部门的合同及客户要求盖章的文件。
