大学生完美主义与学业倦怠的关系:学业自我效能感的中介作用

目的:探讨大学生学业倦怠基本情况及完美主义、学业自我效能感与学业倦怠的关系。方法:采用大学生完美主义问卷、学业自我效能感问卷、学业倦怠问卷对333名大学生进行调查。结果:①学业倦怠三维度得分由高到低是行为不当、成就感低、情绪讥诮,且前两个维度的差异达到显著(t(332)=4.14,P<0.01);学业倦怠总分及其各维度中,性别、年级主效应显著。
②完美主义中的个人标准、条理性与学业倦怠总分间存在显著负相关,父母要求和担心出错维度则能显著正向预测学业倦怠;学业自我效能感及其学习能力自我效能感维度与学业倦怠间呈现显著负相关。③学业自我效能感在完美主义的个人标准与学业倦怠两者关系中起着完全中介作用,在条理性和学业倦怠两者中起到部分中介作用。结论:大学生完美主义、学业自我效能感与学业倦怠间存在显著相关,且学业自我效能感在两者若干维度间起到完全或者部分中介作用。

Relationship Between the Characteristics of Perfectionism and Learning Burnout among Undergraduates: Mediator Role of Academic Self—Efficacymodulate

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the relationship between characteristics of perfectionism, academic self—efficacy and learning burnout among undergraduates. Methods: 333 college students were asked to fill out the questionnaires of Chinese College Students Perfectionism, Academic Self—Efficacy and Learning Burnout. Results: ① Improper behavior of college students had higher score than diminished accomplishment while the score of emotional exhaustion was lowest, and significant difference can be found between the former
two(t(332)=4.14,P<0.01). Significant difference was observed in learning burnout among grade and gender. ②The score of “personal standards” in perfectionism was significantly negatively correlated t
o learning burnout, such a negative correlation was also observed between the “organization and control” in perfectionism and learning burnout. Besides, the dimensions of “parents’ expectation” and “control and concerns with mistakes and doubts” can significantly and positively predict learning burnout. In addition, There was significant negative correlation between the dimensions of “academic self—efficacy” and “academic self—efficacy of learning ability” and learning burnout.③ academic self—efficacy could modulate the influence of personal standards and learning burnout, moreover, it could also partially modulate the influence of
organization and control and learning burnout. Conclusion: There is significant correlation between characteristics of perfectionism as well as academic self—efficacy and learning burnout, and academic self—efficacy can totally or partially mediate the influence of characteristics of perfectionism on learning burnout.
