    My Weekly Timetable
    Hi everyone! My name is Jessica and I'm a 4th grader at Oakwood Elementary School. Today I want to tell you all about my super cool weekly timetable. It's jam-packed with awesome classes and fun activities!
    Let me start with Monday since that's the beginning of the week. Mondays are pretty chill. I have math class first thing in the morning from 8:30am to 9:30am. Math used to be my least favorite subject, but Mrs. Robinson makes it so much fun now. We play games and do hands-on activities to learn new concepts. After math, I have language arts from 9:45am to 11:00am. This is one of my favorite classes because I love reading, writing stories, and learning new vocabulary words.
    Next up is lunchtime from 11:00am to 11:45am. The cafeteria food isn't too bad, but I always look forward to the days when my mom packs me a lunch with a secret surprise note inside. My friends and I have a great time chatting and laughing together.
    In the afternoon on Mondays, I have science from 12:30pm to 1:30pm. We get to do super cool experiments like making volcanoes explode with baking soda and vinegar. So much fun! Then I have music class from 1:45pm to 2:30pm. I play the recorder and we're learning how to read music notes. After that, it's time to head home on the bus.
    Tuesdays are activity days which are my absolute favorite! From 8:30am to 10:00am, I have P.E. class. We play games like kickball, basketball, and my dodgeball! I'm a champ at dodging those balls. After P.E., I have computer class from 10:15am to 11:00am where we learn coding, typing, and get to play some educational games.
    Lunch is at the same time on Tuesdays, then in the afternoon from 12:30pm to 2:00pm, I get to go to art class. We work on amazing projects like painting, sculpting with clay, and bu
ilding dioramas. I just love getting creative and making things with my hands.
    Wednesdays are pretty similar to Mondays. I have math first, then language arts, then lunchtime. But in the afternoon, instead of science, I have social studies from 12:30pm to 1:30pm. We learn about history, geography, different cultures around the world, and so much cool stuff. Sometimes we even get to sample international foods!
    After social studies, I have library time from 1:45pm to 2:30pm. I really enjoy picking out new books to read and listening to the librarian tell us stories. Oftentimes, I get so caught up in a book that I don't hear the bell ring for dismissal.
    Thursday mornings start off with math again, but then I have a normal 45-minute English class from 9:45am to 10:30am. We read passages and poems, learn grammar rules, practice writing, and have interesting discussions.
    Next is science class from 10:45am to 11:30am. Sometimes we go on nature walks around the school and learn about plants, animals and the environment. After lunch, I have P.E. again in the afternoon from 12:30pm to 1:15pm. No complaints there!
    My favorite part of Thursdays is from 1:30pm to 2:30pm when I get to attend STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) lab. We work on really cool projects that combine all those subjects. A few weeks ago, we built towers and bridges using just popsicle sticks and marshmallows. Sometimes we program little robots to follow our code instructions too. STEM lab is awesome!
    Finally, we have Fridays which are half days. I only have math and language arts in the morning, then I'm done for the weekend at 11:00am. Woo-hoo!
    Phew! That's my crazy weekly timetable for you. I have such an amazing time at school learning new things, but I've got I'm always super happy when the weekend rolls around. Sleeping in, hanging out with friends, playing hose are some of my favorite weekend activities.

    My Awesome Timetable
    Hi there! My name is Emma and I'm a 4th grader. Today I want to tell you all about my super cool timetable for school. It's jam-packed with fun classes and activities that keep me busy every day!
    Let me start from the very beginning - Monday mornings. The first thing on my schedule is English class at 8am. I really enjoy English because we get to read awesome stories, write our own tales, and learn new words. My favorite part is when we play language games as a class. Last week, we had a rhyming competition and I won!
    After English, I have mathematics at 9:15am. Math used to be my least favorite subject, but my teacher Mr. Lopez makes it so much fun. He uses candy and toys to teach us tricky concepts like fractions and multiplication. Who knew numbers could be so delicious and playful?
