The Assured shall settle the premium immediately after receiving the Debit Note. Bank fees or charges on premium remittance shall be borne by the payer.
被保险人须在收到保费通知书后立即付清全额保费；保费汇寄过程中发生的银行收费和/或其他费用应由保费支付人负担。

Warranted that no known or reported loss of or damage to the Subject Matter insured on or before the confirmation date of this quotation.
