  职责描述:
  1.负责制定三坐标测量的工作规范、流程，确保三坐标测量工作的有效开展
  2.负责制定三坐标设备的维护规范、计划，并组织实施，保证三坐标设备的日常维护保养
  3.参与制定新产品测量方案并组织实施，保证新产品的质量控制
  4.负责制定新员工培训计划并实施，定期组织试验员进行测量标准、测量能力、测量技巧等的培训工作，使试验员具备独立操作能力
  5.按照产品控制计划完成三坐标编程工作
  6.配合分公司质量体系工作编写相关文件，做好相关实验、检验记录等。实现实验结果的可追溯性，保障实验室各项规定的完整性、可执行性
  任职要求:
  1.5年以上本行业或相近行业经验
  2.大学本科及以上/理工科
  3.熟悉三坐标的测量原理，熟悉三坐标编程及机械制图标准;具有对测量系统的分析经验;掌握基本办公软件使用方法，熟悉catia软件;能够完成新员工计量等相关工作的培训

  to ensure safety is given foremost priority in everything we do in the plant first by respecting and following all safety procedures and regulations
  to define quality management related procedures/processes, for the plant with collaborative approach with all stake holders. qm system should be customer focused and in sync with plant objectives of “zero defect”. following are the main tools for this objective.
  iatf 16949 implementation and maintenance related to process quality
  global quality standards: implementation and improvement related to process quality
