摘 要
基于国内外经济的高速发展,人才的流动也越来越频繁,而人才资源是现代企业在日趋激烈的商业竞争中立于不败之地的根本保证。现在,一份满意的工作十分困难,问题的关键在于求职或招聘的人员都陷入了如何到适合自己的工作或如何让招到合格的人才填补公司空
缺的这一矛盾中,如何才能用最少的时间和精力招聘到符合企业要求的人才,由此我们借助于日益成熟的互联网技术设计和实现了一个可以让招聘者和应聘者远程进行互动交流的网络平台,即新型在线人才招聘系统。
本系统是利用ASP开发动态网站技术设计和实现了一个可以让应聘者和招聘单位远程进行互动交流的网络招聘工作平台。人才招聘系统是一个利用网络开展招聘活动的系统,主要功能有职位发布职位搜索简历填写简历发布、网站留言是将现代信息技术运用在招聘活动中的又一突破。它根据公司和求职人员实际工作的需要,设计相应软件的功能,运用科学的方法收集人才信息职位信息有效的解决了当今人才市场的供需矛盾由此体现了系统的便捷性和方便性。同时管理员可以使用该系统为企业招聘、个人求职提供服务。用人单位可以使用该系统注册成为招聘用户并发布招聘信息等。求职人员可以在注册成为求职用户后通过系统完成求职工作。其他用户可以通过浏览新闻了解人事政策动态等。
    本系统主要使用ASP开发动态网站、Dreamweaver设计系统界面、Access开发后台数据库以及使用ASP中的Java脚本语言实现部分代码。

Abstract
With the rapid development of economy at home and abroad,talent flow becomes more and more frequent.But in the increasingly intensive business competition,talent resource is the fundamental guarantee for modern business enterprise to be the indefectible position.  Nowadays,it's hard for us to find a good job. The key reason of this problem is that both job applicants and recruiters are in a inconsistency. The inconsistency is how to find suitable work, how to hire qualified people to fill the vacancy of  the company,and how to use the least  time and energy to find correct people that meet business requirements, so we design and complish a network platform which can make applicants and recruiters exchange remotely,namely a New-online-Recruitment-and-Test System(OLRS) on base of modern internet tecknology system. 
With using ASP technology to develop dynamic web site, this system designs and accomplishs OLRS,which can help applicants and recruiting companies exchange.OLRS is a system that uses Internet to complete recruitment activities,whose functions are position
publishing,job searching, job collection,resume fill in and resume publishing.It's another breakthrough of modern information technology applying in recruitment activities. According to company and job applicants' real work requirement to design and achieve proper software  function,and to apply scientific method to collect talent and position information,OLRS effectively resolves the contradiction between supply and demand in today's talent market.This reflects the system's ease and convenience.In the meanwhile,administrators can use this system to serve both recruiting companies and job-seeking personnel. Company can use the system to register as an employer to post recruitment information.Job applicant can register as an employee to complete the job seeking. Others users can learn more personel policy dynamics through browsing news on this system.
