ourselves do what we ought to do without being urged by someone else. It motivates us to take control of our time and devote our  attention to what is truly important and meaningful to us. This in turn ensures quality and productivity. This lack self-discipline often fail to get their priorities right, easily  falling into the bad habit of procrastination.They will end up either rushing  through the assignments or missing the deadlines, which is detrimental to their academic  progress and career advancement.

er we get to the finishing line , the more fatigued and lazier we feel .As such tough  moments,  we can only achieve our goals by being strong-willed and gritting our teeth. In other words, the virtue of persistence is the key to success and thus needs to be cultivated consciously.
