2. F. Hong, X. Wang, Y. Yang, Y. Zong, Y. Zhang and Z. Guo, “WFID: Passive Device-free Human Identification UsingWiFi Signal” in MOBIQUITOUS 201X.
In the first paper, I present a biometric trait as a novel and convenient way to realize user authentication on smart devices. The second one, WFID, realizes a passive, device-free indoor human identification system using just one pair of WiFi signal transmitter and receiver.
It is known that you have achieved a lot of findings in the area of Data Management, Data Security and Privacy, Location-Aware Computing. These areas are new to me, but I am still quite interested in them. Because data management is of great importance in the big-data
era, and data security and privacy also play a crucial role as more and more personal and important data are collected through computers and smart devices since with the development of pervasive and mobile computing. I am eager to solve these problems and challenges.

1、根据已经公开的鸡毒支原体全基因组序列，利用生物信息学软件分析初步选定3个磷脂蛋白基因为研究对象。
2、通过定点突变获、构建原核表达载体、优化表达条件获得可溶性重组蛋白。
3、纯化蛋白、免疫兔子制备高免血清。
4、利用Western-blot试验对3个蛋白进行细胞定位。
5、利用夹心ELISA、激光共聚焦粘附试验以及粘附抑制试验观察重组蛋白的体外粘附特性以及重组蛋白抗血清对重组蛋白以及鸡毒支原体粘附DF-1细胞的抑制。
6、利用流式细胞仪及免疫电镜观察鸡毒支原体对DF-1细胞的粘附以及抗重组蛋白血清对该粘附的抑制。
7、通过上述一系列试验得出其中两个蛋白为鸡毒支原体粘附相关蛋白即粘附因子，又用这两个粘附因子体外刺激DF-1细胞用荧光定量PCR检测IL-1β/2/4/10、IFN-γ细胞因子的表达情况。并用这两个粘附因子刺激DF-1细胞用ELISA试剂盒检测分泌液中IL-1β/2、IFN-γ的含量。
课题进展顺利，题为“鸡毒支原体S6株P25蛋白粘附特性的研究”的文章已投<<中国预防兽医学报>>，目前已接收；题为“Molecular Cloning and Adhesive Characterization of P33 in Mycoplasma Gallisepticum S6 Strain”正在投稿中。
