重组人酸性成纤维细胞生长因子与重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子深Ⅱ度烧伤的疗效与安全性

        【摘 要】目的:对比分析重组人酸性成纤维细胞生长因子与重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子深Ⅱ度烧伤的疗效与安全性。方法:以2010年1月-2018年1月为病例选取时间,纳入42例Ⅱ度烧伤患者,按照入院登记先后顺序分为参照组、研究组,各21例,分别予以重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子、重组人酸性成纤维细胞生长因子,对比效果。结果:研究组患者愈合时间明显短于参照组,肉芽评分明显高于参照组,(P0.05)。结论:相比于重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子,重组人酸性成纤维细胞生长因子Ⅱ度烧伤,更有助于缩短创面愈合时间,提升肉芽生长效果,改善瘢痕,且不增加不良反应,效果及美观度均良好,应用价值高。

        Abstract Objective: To compare the efficacy and safety of recombinant human acidic fibroblast growth factor and recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) in the treatment of deep second degree burns. Methods 42 cases of second degree burn were included in January 2010 -2018 January. According to the order of admission, the patients were divided into the reference group, the study group and 21 cases. The recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and the recombinant human acidic fibroblast growth factor were treated respectively. Results the healing time of the patients in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the reference group, and the granulation score was significantly higher than that in the reference group (P < 0.05). The scar score, scar height and scar area of the study group were significantly lower than those in the reference group (P < 0.05), and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the two groups, and the difference was not significant (P>0.05). Conclusion compared with recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor, recombinant human acidic fibroblast growth factor is more useful for the treatment of second degree burn, which is more helpful to shorten the healing time of th
e wound, improve the effect of granulation, improve the scar, and not increase the adverse reaction, the effect and the beauty are good, and the application value is high.
